Dinosaur Adventure Norfolk

Dinosaur Adventure Norfolk

“Go Wild” at Dinosaur Adventure and treat your pupils to a monster day out!

An award-winning attraction with plenty for everyone to see and do, including our huge indoor adventure play area ‘DINOMITE’, plenty of animal handling sessions, large outdoor play areas, the Secret Animal Garden and Deer Safari, as well as the Dinosaur Trail and Neanderthal Walk.

Let them play, jump and climb to their heart’s content in DINOMITE – with 3 levels of indoor adventure play and a special area dedicated to the under 5s. DINOMITE also houses a 130-seater coffee shop, so the adults don’t miss out on the fun either!

Head out into the park for an amazing adventure play area – including a 23 metre climb-o-saurus, and Arachnophobia climbing net. Follow Dippy’s Passport to Adventure trail and collect the stamps to receive your medal!

The perfect destination for an end of term treat, the park is also ideal for an educational visit; with beautiful parkland perfect for spotting British wildlife, hands-on activities such as the Extinction fossil dig, educational signage on the Dinosaur Trail and Neanderthal Walk, and also trails and education packs for linking the visit to the National Curriculum.

Take advantage of the special education rates for the amazing Deer Safaris (seasonal availability, must be prebooked) – and get a special guided tour in the deer paddock with our majestic deer herd.

Head down the Neanderthal Walk to find the Secret Animal Garden - a Victorian walled garden bursting with animals all waiting to meet you! See the farmyard animals in the paddocks and check out the reptiles in the Animal Barn.

Dinosaur Adventure mainly caters for Early Years Foundation stage and Keystage 1 and 2 pupils, and the visit can be linked to many topics and learning goals including ancient history and life sciences.

There is a Dino Trail booklet available for Early Years Foundation stage and a ‘What is a Dinosaur?’ education pack full of work ideas and work sheets for Keystage 1 and 2.

Visiting schools may take photos or videos, however permission must be obtained by the park management, prior to your arrival, for any filming or photography that is intended for commercial purposes.

A full safety pack is provided with teachers’ guidelines and safe working practices. Upon booking a visit the teacher is also eligible for a FREE familiarisation visit.
